The TU Dresden Children’s and Youth Dance Studio under the artistic leadership of Bärbel Hölzel was founded in 1977 and is a member of the Saxony State Association of Dance e.V. All dancers are welcome to join us – boys and girls – who are above the age of three and enjoy dancing.

Rehearsals	Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the student house Tusculum As well as Wednesdays from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the gym on Terrassenufer and Fridays from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the gym of 49th Elementary School on Bernhardstraße. Our student group trains on Wednesdays 7:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. in the multipurpose room at Albert Schweitzer School. Please ask for other dates.
Fee	25,- € per month for students 35,- € monthly for non-students

Performance modalities	Dances from simple children's songs to modern children's dance, danced by children from 6 years Hip-Hop and folklore dances Dances from modern music and jazz, danced by 8-18 year olds, as a program of 25 - 90 min duration or single dances from 2,5 - 6 min duration conditions: a flat dance floor - possible. Dance floor or wooden floor - of at least 6x6 m Cloakrooms with chairs and washing facilities Sound equipment for music playback, including 1 - 2 microphones
