... is a gentle and effective body workout that sensitizes the perception of one's own body and helps to improve posture and condition. Muscle tension and back problems are prevented. Emphasis is placed on strengthening the abdominal, lower back, inner thigh and gluteal muscles. Stretching and strengthening exercises help build a strong body center. The class is an introduction to the basic principles of exercise, taught as a mat class on the floor.
