2.1. Events by students from universities associated with Studentenwerk Dresden

2.1.1 Private events

2.3.2. Public events by non-students

In addition to the fees listed under 2.3.1., a revenue fee is due based on the maximum guest capacity. The revenue fee is €0.55 per permissible guest regardless of the actual number of guests in attendance.

This results in the following flat rate fees:

2.4. Validity of reduced fees for student events, miscellaneous events, fixed amount for fees and additional payments in special cases

Student fees for other payments only apply if all requirements for their application are met for all organizers (main and co- event organizers).

For miscellaneous events that cannot be clearly determined as per points 2.1.1 to 2.3.2, the highest possible fee shall apply according to the circumstances. Studentenwerk Dresden reserves the right in individual cases depending on the economic capacity/status of the user and the character/guests of the event to fix the usage fee and additional payments at a rate higher than that stipulated here according to current market developments.

For the use of Studentenwerk furnishings, usage fees are due per event as follows:

• Sound system 20,00 €
• Lighting equipment:
  • 2 dimmer bars (4 spots each) + 2 Variotec effect spotlights with lighting control panel € 60.00
  • Per standing spotlight PAR 56: €3.00
  • LED spotlight PAR 56: €7.00
• Projector €20.00
• Screen 10,00 €
• LED cube: 5,00 € je Stück
• Dishes (for max. 30 persons): 20,00 €

Billing rates for subsequent services:

• Cleaning staff 40,37 € per hour
• Janitor, clerk 50,82 € per hour
• Division Manager 61,19 € per hour
• Legal Counsel 82,67 € per hour

5.1. Deposit for events as per Point 2.

The user pays upon contract conclusion but no later than 30 days prior to the event a deposit up to an amount of €500.00 to safeguard any claims made by Studentenwerk Dresden against the user arising from the usage agreement. The deposit amount depends on the type and size of the event.

4.1. Definitions

Long-term users are considered:

Student and other groups as well as individuals with whom the Studentenwerk has concluded a transfer agreement for the use of premises for student activities (e.g. courses, rehearsals, club meetings, information events).

4.2. Usage fee

A usage fee is due as per the social goal of the Studentenhaus to provide affordable cultural events for students:

4.2.1 Band rehearsal rooms 004 and 005 (cellar)

1 Time block á 2 hours / week (corresponds to 8 individual hours/month)	40,00 € per month

4.2.2 Other rooms

For permanent users in accordance with section 4.1, a usage fee is charged according to the room size and weekly usage time as follows:

Rooms up to 25 sqm

• Up to 4 hours of weekly exercise time € 20.00 per month
• Up to 6 hours of weekly exercise time € 30.00 per month
• Up to 8 hours of weekly exercise time € 40.00 per month
• Up to 10 hours of weekly exercise time € 50.00 per month

Rooms over 25 sqm € 40.00 per month * number of weekly days of use.

5.2. Key deposit for permanent use

A deposit of 25,00 € per key will be charged for the handing over of keys of the student house to permanent users.
