Mensa Stimm-Gabel in Dresden
The Stimm-Gabel canteen is located in the building of the Hochschule für Musik Carl Maria von Weber. The glass roof, which rests on four pillars above the atrium, gives the canteen serving area and seating area a special flair.

| History: | Opened in 1992 and renovated in 2000, the canteen has been called “Stimm-Gabel” since 2004. This name was found through a naming competition. The name ‘Stimmgabel’ (tuning fork) is indicative of the music students who come and go in the canteen, but it also reminds us that the fork is a piece of cutlery. |
