Studying is an exciting phase of life, but things don’t always run smoothly. Often, it is helpful to get support from outside. This is exactly where the counseling services of the Studentenwerk Dresden come in: We are here to assist you with advice and support for all questions and challenges during your studies.
- The General Social Counseling provides support on issues such as student financing, social benefits, study organization, and health and long-term care insurance.
- Campusbüro Uni mit Kind offers social counseling as well as various meet-ups and events for (expecting) parents at universities.
- The Psychosocial Counseling Center provides professional help with psychological stress and difficulties.
- Legal counseling helps with legal questions, especially in the areas of higher education and civil law.
We provide counseling to students at all universities affiliated with the Studentenwerk Dresden - in Dresden, Zittau/Görlitz, Bautzen, and Riesa.
The counselor and coordinator for social and psychosocial issues supports students at HSZG with questions and personal challenges they face during their studies.
Our counseling is free of charge, confidential, and anonymous upon request.
