Campus Radio Dresden visited the Mensa Kraatschn in Zittau – listen to the exciting report about the daily work in the cafeteria. Our head chef at the Mensa Kraatschn, Torsten Christoph, spoke with a Campus Radio editor and gave all listeners a glimpse behind the scenes of the cafeteria kitchen. Quote from Campus Radio: "...our reporter Marco took a look behind the steamy scenes of the university's catering facilities and set off early in the morning for Zittau. There, far from the hustle and bustle of the Old Cafeteria in Dresden, he was able to look over the shoulder of head chef Torsten Christoph: from the first arrival of the suppliers at 6 a.m. to the tasting, seasoning, and daily food photo shoot on the windowsill. This shows that a large-scale kitchen is above all one thing – organization!"
