Since February 2026, it has been possible to submit complaints related to the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG) directly to the Studentenwerk. If you have experienced discrimination in facilities of Studentenwerk Dresden, you can contact us in confidence. We take cases of discrimination in our facilities very seriously and would like to engage in dialogue with you.
Via the email address antidiskriminierung@studentenwerk-dresden.de, individuals wishing to file a complaint can submit their concerns using a contact form. Concerns can be submitted either with personal contact details or anonymously. An internal procedure ensures that, in addition to an initial assessment of the concern, a substantive clarification is provided within a maximum of 14 working days.

Upon receipt of your complaint, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. Within 3 calendar days, you will receive an initial substantive response regarding the status of the review and the next steps.
