The terms and conditions for participation and privacy policy for our Instagram contest.
The competition is open to all Instagram users who have subscribed to our channel and published the correct answer to the puzzle as a comment on the contest entry.
The contest ends on 3 March 2020 at 2 PM. On 6 March 2020 at 2 PM, three winners will be drawn by lottery from all contest participants; the winners will then be notified by direct message. The winners can respond within 7 days after receiving notification that they won. If no response is received, the prize will expire and a new winner will be drawn from among the participants.
The prizes will not be sent to private addresses, but can be collected at the Studentenwerk Dresden headquarters (Fritz-Löffler-Straße 18, 01069 Dresden). Alternatively, collection at our locations in Tharandt, Zittau or Görlitz can be arranged.
Studentenwerk Dresden employees are excluded from participation.
Comments in the entry may not offend the rights of third parties.
All data will be used exclusively for the contest. Participants are entitled at all times to all legal rights of information, amendment and revocation with regard to the personal data collected, processed, and used. These rights can be asserted either by mail or by email.
Recourse to the legal process is excluded.
