When will I receive my keys and can move in?
Key pickup and moving in should generally take place on the first three working days (Monday to Friday) of the month. It is not possible to move in before the start of the tenancy agreement.
If the start of the tenancy agreement falls on a weekend or public holiday, the keys cannot be handed over until the next working day.
Applicants who apply with a SEPA account book a specific date for key pickup. We will send the necessary information after the digital rental agreement has been concluded.
Applicants who apply without a SEPA account will receive the information about their arrival dates with their accommodation confirmation.
