How long is a basic lease?
The basic leases are to the end of the standard study period (not shorter). Foreign program students receive a lease for at least 4 months, until the end of the planned study visit.
Postgraduate students as well as graduates from other universities and interns may lease open spaces (priority in the summer semester). The minimum contract period is four months and the agreement has a maximum time limit until the beginning of the following winter semester (31st August) which cannot be extended.
