The above-mentioned price is valid only upon presentation of proof upon arrival.
Student status:
The student rate applies only upon presentation of a certificate of enrollment (in German or English) that is valid for the duration of the stay, or a valid student ID card showing an expiration date (proof of enrollment may additionally be requested).
Exemption from accommodation tax:
To qualify for an exemption from the accommodation tax, proof of student or business-related activities during the stay is generally required (applicable to individuals up to the age of 27).

Please note that the price will change upon arrival if you do not present the necessary proof.
The city of Dresden charges an additional accommodation tax of 6% on the total rent. The accommodation tax is not included in the price above.

Cancellations and changes are possible free of charge up to 10 working days prior to arrival. Cancellations and changes made after this deadline will be charged at up to 80% of the accommodation costs.
After arrival, a notice period of 20 working days applies for termination.
