Short-term living in the residence hall Fritz-Löffler-Str. 16

For our international students who will be in Dresden for only one or two semesters, we offer residence in the special student community Fritz-Löffler-Straße 16. Due to its excellent proximity to the TU and HTW campuses and close proximity to downtown Dresden and the main railway station, it is perfectly suited to explore the city.
The facilities and services are designed to help make the relatively short stay in Dresden an intensive and effective period of study and student life.
(Bedding upon arrival at no extra cost, shades or curtains, daily cleaning of kitchen and bathroom, possibility to arrange individual arrivals).
Impressions of the student hall Fritz-Löffler-Straße 16
The rooms are 18 square meters and fully furnished with a bed, table, chair, wardrobe, and shelving. They also come equipped with bedding, bed linen, curtains, individual refrigerators and Internet access.
There are 26 separate rooms on five floors. Each floor has 4 bathrooms (shower / WC / sink) and a community kitchen where students can cook together. Common areas on each floor invite students to sit together, get to know each other, and share breakfast. The laundry room contains washers and dryers in the residence hall. The student club (GAG 18) and the large outdoor area can also be used by all residents.
