Note: Repairs resulting from defects that are not the tenant's fault are free of charge for the tenant and must be reported! (see house rules)

I agree that the caretaker and/or the company hired to perform the repairs may enter my room to carry out the repairs, even in my absence.

I do not permit anyone to enter my room while I am away, and I will schedule an appointment for the repair during office hours at the maintenance office.

Please suggest a time that works for you during our business hours (Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM). We will get back to you as soon as possible.
