Unauthorized subletting/ letting other people live in the room or accommodation of other people will lead to the termination of the lease without notice. Subletting is only allowed for 6 months maximum. The rent must not exceed the rent agreed on in the lease with the Studentenwerk. The room in the dormitory is only to be occupied by the subtenant during the period of the subletting. The subtenant has to be allowed to live in the dormitory according to the terms of use. This status has to be proven to the Studentenwerk. The main tenant is responsible for the timely payment of the rent. The main tenant has to give their address during their absence to the Studentenwerk and has to give the reasons for their absence if asked.
