Accessible living

Student with disabilities of chronic illness for whom accommodation in student housing would ease their situation receive preferential treatment during the placement process. Verification in the form of a copy of the certificate of disability or a doctor’s report is required and should be included in the online application for accommodation in student housing.

The staff of Studentenwerk Dresden will strive to find an appropriate solution for your accommodation needs. We recommend making application early – even before receipt of your acceptance letter – to the contact person below. Students with limited mobility / wheelchair

The following residence halls have accommodations designed to meet the needs of students with limited mobility – especially those in a wheelchair. Accommodation for a personal assistant is usually available in the vicinity.
