Wohnen mit Kind im Studentenwohnheim

The diverse living facilities in our residence halls offer good living conditions also for students with children. Student mothers and fathers as well as studying couples with children are most welcome in our residence halls. Even if one partner is not (no longer) a student, couples with children may live as family in a residence hall, provided that their child/children is/are not older than 7 years.

Student parents often prefer two-room apartments. Their most favoured residence halls are:

Borsbergstraße 34 for a monthly rent of 462 EUR
Gutzkowstraße 29-33 for a monthly rent of 485 EUR
Hochschulstraße 46 for a monthly rent of 570 EUR
(own washing machine can be hooked up in the kitchen)
Wundtstraße 5 and 7 for a monthly rent of 594 EUR and 587 EUR
(own washing machine can be hooked up in the kitchen)

Yet, also any other two person flat share in any of our residence halls is suitable for students with children.

Let us know your wishes (please use the residence hall application form) and we will find the optimal solution for you. If you have any questions or wishes concerning the residence hall furniture, e.g. if you need a cot/crib please contact your caretaker. We will be glad to assist you.
