The Studentenwerk Dresden has an internal reporting office for the anonymous transmission of information about possible violations of laws and regulations. Not only Studentenwerk employees, but also students, our business partners, their employees and other third parties can contact this address in confidence.

You can call or e-mail to report possible cases of corruption, fraud, embezzlement, tax evasion, procurement law violations, insider trading rules, data protection law or other violations of any other kind.

You have the right and option to submit your report anonymously and to remain anonymous throughout the process, to the extent permitted by law.

As a second, equivalent option for submitting information, an external reporting office is also available to you. This has been set up at the Federal Office of Justice. You are free to decide whether you want to submit a report to your company's internal reporting office or use the external reporting office.
