When and how will I receive the contract?
Applicants, who have a SEPA-account, will receive their contract in digital form after paying the reservation charge. A personal visit is therefore not necessary for the conclusion of the contract.
Applicants without a SEPA-account will receive possible dates for the conclusion of the contract at Studentenwerk’s headquarters with their confirmation of the room. These are usually the first three business days of the month when your contract starts. If it is not possible to attend one of the suggested dates, please get in touch with the responsible person in charge for student accommodation and arrange another appointment.
